About Andree Driskell
Andree is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of sales support, proposal development, grant solicitation, business plan writing, operational management and staff supervision. She is an experienced leader in the development and deployment of proposal tools and resources, and has extensive experience in organizing and supporting geographically distributed operations.
After working in enterprise corporations for over 15 years, Andree successfully rolled out her proposal consulting firm with a focus on proposal preparation and opportunity analysis; bid/no-bid evaluation; proposal writing/editing/production; and the creation of reusable proposal material. Andree’s company has delivered over 1000 proposals for business customers of all sizes. She has also worked with non-profits to successfully develop proposals and win government and private enterprise grants and contracts. Andree also supported small and upstart business clients in their development of business plans and other similar deliverables, resulting in venture capital and commercial funding.
Prior to owning her own company, Andree worked for a top 100 enterprise corporation. Her last position involved the co-management of a 50-person team that delivered more than 700 services and product proposals a year to both commercial and government customers, resulting in more than $10 billion in sales wins. Andree also led the rollout of similar services in Japan, South America and Mexico. Her previous positions included the management of executive briefing and competitive programs. In this role Andree led the definition and implementation of new competitive strategies and deliverables. Andree has also managed a sales development team focused on activities such as the elimination of sales inhibitors, online sales support activities, training and customer briefings.
