How Our Groups Work
The power of the group lies in its diversity.
Each Business Group meets once a month for four hours, is led by a leader who has years of professional experience, and is trained in using The Business Group tools.
During the meetings members get unbiased, savvy advice and solutions to nuts-and-bolts problems from the leader and peers. The group acts as your board of directors or executives from a large corporation.
Each ongoing peer support group, small business support group, has a maximum of ten members - all owners of successful, established businesses.
Expectations for each meeting:
- Problem solving
- Accountability to goals you set
- New management skills learned from proprietary workbooks and exercises
In addition to the monthly meeting, each BG member has a 1-hour private meeting with their BG Leader. Established Business Groups meet throughout the greater Bay Area.
