We will help you complete a practical action plan for the coming year in our step-by-step workshop. You have two options:

1. Face-to-face plan sessions go from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

2. Tel-online plan sessions have four 90-minute phone/webinar sessions a week apart, with homework in between. We guide you step-by-step through a comprehensive workbook, and then help you reduce it to one sheet of paper. If you can’t write your business plan on a page, you can’t get it done in a year anyway!
